What is your no-show/cancellation policy?

No-shows are charged 30% of the service fee. Cancellations are charged 10% if the appointment is changed within 72 hours.

Afterward, a $100 non-refundable deposit will be required for future appointments.

What types of payments does your office accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, cash, care credit, patientfi, and afterpay. (Note: Care Credit/Cherry/PatientFi charges will have a 6-12% processing fee).

What insurances do you accept?

For dermatology and primary care visits, our office accepts Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), Medi-Care, Medi-Cal (for PCP), & cash-paying patients.

For cash-paying patients, the initial visit is $180 and follow-ups are $120.

What type of medical dermatology services do your office offer?

We treat a variety of skin conditions and treatments including but not limited to acne, skin cancer, moles, warts, skin tags, keloids, scars, burns, eczema, psoriasis, and more.
